Two weeks later after the phone bill is in.....This didn't cost me any more to call this US number from Australia than it does to call my brother on his mobile (cell) phone across town here in Adelaide! Wonderful!
There are various audio blogging tools. Audioblogger.com works in tandem with Blogger, and is free. There is another company (http://audioblog.com/) who have a similar service for approx US$5/month.
